We are an consulting company working on complex ERP projects within SAP implemations.
Our focus lies within all R2R processes. With our deep understanding of all processes within a production process our mission is to support especially the controlling and finance departments to get the most out of the data collected though the purchase, production and sales. We have cooperations with fellow companies which allows us to stem full projects.
We have experience in and provide solutions for every type of work. Actually we see all types of projects very much interrelated. A greenfield implementation will prepare a template to be rolloed out and which has to be supported. And the same organization may have a need to merge a new aqcuisition as well as carve out a unit. At any time a customer oriented consulting is fundamental and often the sole reason for a success or failure of a project.
